Welcome to beautiful Bridgewater Crossing. Residents take great pride in the neighbourhood and strive to make this a family oriented community, which is proud to be made up of long term residents and vacation homes. Our neighbourhood boasts several pristine lakes; great for watching wildlife. Whilst not gated, the community benefits from having 24hr security cameras in operation at the entrances.
The basketball and tennis courts are sure to inspire the athlete in you. There is a large community pool and cabana area, just right for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. A tot lot has been constructed for the enjoyment of your children and features playground equipment such as a rock wall, swing sets, slides and jungle gym. We are conveniently located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway, near the popular Disney attractions (15 mins) as well as surrounded by several award winning golf courses. There are two highly recommended hospitals (with emergency rooms) nearby that are known for their impeccable care.
Bridgewater Crossing has great access, via Heritage Pass, to the Osceola Polk Line (532) and onto the I4. This allows for very quick and easy driving to Disney, Universal and beyond.
Champions Gate is only 2.5 miles away where you can find a Publix supermarket, Bank, McDonalds, Walgreens, 7/Eleven, Chili’s Grill and Bar, Millers Ale House, Panera Bread and Red Robin plus an abundance of independent and highly rated smaller restaurants.
Shops at Reunion is less than 2 miles away on the Old Lake Wilson Road at the junction with the Osceola Polk Line (532), where you will find a Publix, Aldi, McDonalds, Subway, Pappa Johns & Pizza Hut outlets plus several other smaller eateries and a Wells Fargo bank. Lake Wilson Road takes you straight to U.S. Highway 192 (13 mins) where you will find a Walmart store plus plenty of fantastic restaurants and gift shops.
Osceola Polk Line is between Old Lake Wilson Rd and the junction of the I4, there are now several new eateries along this road all of which are walkable from our villa: here you will find Longhorns steakhouse, Olive Garden, Fords Garage, Outback and Texas Roadhouse steakhouses and more. Also along this road you will find KeKe's breakfast Cafe, a firm favourite for families.
New for 2025 construction continues on the development of Rafina, along the Osceola Polk Line, where there will be more well known restaurants including Panda Express, Chipotle and Bojangles.
All of these areas are a short and pleasant walk or an Uber ride from the villa if you want to leave your car at home and have a well earned drink!
